Payment
Credit card online
Once you have submitted your registration, a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Worldline (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as

Your Account
After registering online, your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.
Conditions of attendance
The payments must be received within the deadlines. Please take note of the deadlines for Early, Regular and Late Registration.
Attention: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 30 April 2024 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the Conference Programme.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail. Cancellations received before 14 June 2024 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of 40 Euro. Refunds thereafter will not be available.
