All excursions will take place on Tuesday, 30 July 2024, Afternoon
For the Tuesday excursion, you can choose among three different tour options. Owing to the short distances between sites in Vienna, all excursions are walking tours and using public transportation.
All tours will end at the Schönbrunn Park (UNESCO world heritage), where attendees can take a leisure break, before walking to the BBQ in a typical Austrian Brewery next to the Schönbrunn Park.
Excursion 1 - The Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna
Guided tour to and through the historic Schönbrunn Palace, one of Vienna's iconic landmarks, which is located in the city. Learn about the history, politics and daily life of Austrian-Hungarian emperors during 200 years in power. (Fee 55.- €, includes entrance and guided tour)
Guided walking tour to historic sites within the city. Get a glimpse of Vienna´s rich history and cultural life. The stroll will including Musikverein, Hofburg, Secession, Opera, Graben and Stephansdom and other locations. (Fee 35.- €, includes guided tour)
